At Strange Sounds, every order is packed by hand with care. We sell vinyl records, CDs, and music-related items, and we do our best to make sure everything arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

During busy periods or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be a little longer. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will contact you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

UK Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days

  • Tracked delivery: 1 to 3 working days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Packaging

All records and CDs are carefully packed using sturdy protective packaging designed for shipping media. We take care to ensure items are protected during transit.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping depending on location.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Incorrect Addresses

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the packaging and item if applicable

We will do our best to resolve the issue with the courier and help arrange a solution.
